Hi! Welcome back to His Table Is Ours, or welcome if you’re new here! We are so happy to see so many new faces and reach the lives that God intends to. Today, I want to discuss something I’ve particularly noticed regarding the distance and relationship between people and God. And add some meaningful value to you’re perspective, hopefully along with understanding to lessen that distance and obtain such a secure position with your King. Pain will catch us in all types of things, such as detrimental thoughts, ugly attitudes, terrible responses, destructive actions, and much more that has a greater destructive outcome than you would care to recognize before you allow or act on it. It could be a betrayal, a breakup, a state of being, someone else’s behavior. Many different things surrounding us daily can impact us negatively and leave us obsessing trying to control something you aren’t meant to even try to, trying to carry weight of others that you have zero capacity to, and distressed so bad you can’t even think or breath for you right now. Fact is, God doesn’t want to leave us to be affected from these things. Every possible thing you’ve experienced or could ever, there is already someone before you who dealt with that or experienced the very cause and effect of it in their life. The Bible has the blueprint to every single thing you could ever go through and or experience. Those were real people, situations, circumstances, and times back then. To this very day.. nothing will ever be outside of the perimeter of The Bible. No one’s life. The answer, way, and steps to take are all found within it. Now, know that there is only one of you, you’re one of one. Hand created, molded, and formed made in the like-ness of Christ Himself. Now Christ, was perfect and went through way worse things than you could ever experience. He came to give us liberty, a way, and save us from the destructive way of this world and the ruler of it. God loves us so much He put Himself through that, Jesus is God. I talked a smidge about that in my previous post Talk With God (Refer to John 1:1 – 5) It’s a lot to comprehend newly and possibly even to believe yourself, but at the end of the day you will be at peace with seeing that God will move, show you, and has every possible thing to aid in any unbelief. We are not God, we act like we are more than we realize we do. Trying to be in control of that much, do something about something we have no business trying to do. Thinking we could out-work the one whom created you. Who’s available 24/7, 365, your first breath to the fleshes death. You think you can do that? Brother go rest. Sister, that’s not worth the way you’re giving it you’re attention. What I am saying I myself need to be reminded of, we are so used to the corruptive, over-worked, drained, ungodly paced ways of this world. We are made in the image of Christ meaning we are Holy, Different, Set apart. We stand out, not blend in. We see, recognize, and act upon what the world doesn’t, meaning anyone who lives in and for the world and it’s ruler included in that too. Brother, He didn’t create our bodies, emotions, feelings, and hands to be abused. Allowing yourself to live, breath, and be in the terrible routine of the world is abuse. We were created to be, breath, and allow our hearts and lives to be at the pace God is at. And He provides all we need to know to execute that along with more help this world could ever give you. To leave you not detrimentally hanging on by the line of a spider web. Lay back and know He’s got you Brother. You didn’t begin your life, your not going to know it all. You didn’t create of human beings. God did. Leave it to Him. He doesn’t want you feeling this way. And Jesus came to set us free from that cycle, path, and destruction. He came to be an example of living a life set apart from that, to keep us as close to our home and Father as possible. Whole time, God showed us how much He wants His people, His creation. That act of love to go through the pain and incomprehensible suffering He did is because He didn’t want us to remain in a suffering, death ending, lifeless state. (1 John 4:9,10) That’s why it’s says Jesus came to give us life and life abundantly, in it’s fullest! (John 10:10) You can be and may be walking as a dead person whose flesh is living allowing yourself to walk with and be in the world. (Ephesians 2:1, 3) Notice how you can be surrounded by the people, have the job, be in that relationship, have friends, and all the things and yet you are left broken, empty, staring off into deaths end that’s right behind you because the way you are going and living isn’t what you were created for. Jesus came to break your chains and let you know there is authority and power over the same things you can’t stand. There is an answer to your questionably impossible situation, your trapped circumstance, your never ending cycle of pure breaking. Yes, He is the answer brother and sister. Smile! Because there is a way and a Father whom came here to ensure we have a way and can live a life worth something and not full of our failures, brokenness, mistakes, and disappointment. Your pathway to life, fulfillment, wholeness, contentment, and healing is in Jesus. Through Him you believe, even if it’s just in His Name, because brother there is Power in His Name. He has power just in His name than any other. How powerful is that! Just call on His name and watch, experience, and allow it to transform, work, and unfold in you and your life. The promise and covenant of the New Wine is Jesus for us. And brother, it doesn’t matter how “bad” or “far off” you think you and your decision are. God is closer and His love is going to hit you even deeper. In the Bible, Cain and Abel are brothers, the sons of Adam and Eve. Cain is the firstborn son of them. Out of envy, He killed his brother Abel because of a sacrifice that wasn’t accepted as His heart was rooted in the wrong thing (evilness). Abel’s sacrifice was accepted because God saw His heart. Cain then acted on an emotion driven response as a result of his own heart posture toward God. Slowly retain this, a response of his own actions being rooted in the wrong thing before God (evilness, pride, jealousy – not love ultimately) and then feeling such a way after the result of his heart posture and God’s rejection. He went so far to kill his brother because he was so upset. And guess what, God surely allowed him to experience and go through the consequence of his actions, but then God marked him with protection and a promise for vengeance against anyone who would kill him, as there were people who wanted to after hearing what he did. So yes, God will show you the consequence of your ungodly actions, behaviors, ways, and habits. But His love is greater then all. And He will show that true and clear than anything. God will not reject you for what you have done but He rejects what you do that is not righteous. It’s never going to be you. It will be what your doing; sin, abominable, relatively everything from what this applies to will be something that ultimately He knows will hurt, destroy, kill, or cause such harm to you and your life. He cares. It is a choice at the beginning and end of the day but He does provide grace because He knows you have no clue why but you still want to live how you’re living even though it’s clearly killing, hurting, and destroying every part of you not to say others too. Look at that. His promises will collect and secure you in His arms brother and sister. Because He will make sure that you know His love as He sent His son to die for and He will captivate you with every amount of understanding and realization He needs but once again it’s your choice to decide to be willing and fight against what you are doing to see Him and His love. And even greater, to know your Father and have a beautiful relationship with Him. To conclude this, God will never reprimand you, but He will show you the why to what He says and capture your being with your understanding of His pure, selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love. To end beautifully, think: You see how the world has responded, reacted, and treated you due to your mistakes, struggles, failures or bad decisions. Now allow God to help you understand how much He loves you even after all the mistakes and decisions you are burdened by. He’s so in-love with you, and wants you more then any person could ever. This world has lustfully abused and broke you. God will show you tough love that heals, restores, and stands ground on who He created you to be. May it be so so well with your soul. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Romans 8:38,29
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Pray: Father God, thank you for this eye-opening awaking wonder of the deepest depths of the Love you show, captivate, and capture us with. May we allow you to enter even the most tender parts of our hearts, minds, lives, and wounds. May you show us the beauty of a relationship and life with you through our Brother Jesus Christ. Lord, may you strengthen our belief and deepen our understanding that we may be captured in the presence, awe, and pathway of the Lord to know you more and more everyday. May our lives reflect your truth. The gospel. Restore to us who we are in Christ and lead us in purpose. In Jesus Name. Amen.
